Common Scheduling Questions
Is the request an appointment?
No. The form begins the conversation. Oasis will confirm availability, scheduling, and any information needed before an appointment is established.
Can I text photos?
Yes. Text either listed phone line with your name, property area, and a short description so the photos have useful context.
What is the $79 dispatch fee?
A $79 dispatch fee applies to most scheduled service calls. Depending on the type and scope of the approved work, Oasis Plumbing Solutions may waive or credit the fee at its discretion. Any applicable waiver or credit will be confirmed on the estimate or invoice.
What if water or gas is actively leaking?
Take safe steps to stop or isolate the source only if you can do so safely. For suspected gas leaks or immediate danger, leave the area and contact the appropriate utility or emergency authority.
