Service Expectations
Helpful Details Before You Schedule
These expectations keep the process clear and prevent the website from promising something the schedule or project conditions cannot support.
- Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:00 PM.
- Weekend work: Available by appointment only.
- After 6:00 PM: Calls and requests are reviewed the next business day.
- Emergency availability: Oasis does not currently offer 24-hour emergency response.
- Project availability: Service area, scheduling, access, permits, materials, and scope may affect timing.
- Dispatch fee: A $79 dispatch fee applies to most scheduled service calls. Depending on the type and scope of the approved work, Oasis Plumbing Solutions may waive or credit the fee at its discretion. Any applicable waiver or credit will be confirmed on the estimate or invoice.
- Pricing: Recommendations and pricing depend on the diagnosed condition and authorized scope.
