Thoughtful Service

The Repair Should Fit the Actual Condition

Not every plumbing problem requires the largest possible solution. We look at the age and condition of the affected components, safety, code considerations, access, expected service life, and your plans for the property.

Repair when practical: Focused repairs may be appropriate when surrounding components remain serviceable.
Replace when justified: Replacement may provide better value when equipment or piping is failing, unsafe, obsolete, or repeatedly causing problems.
Explain the tradeoffs: Customers should understand the available paths before authorizing work.

Major Home Systems

Water Heating, Water Quality, and Distribution

Comfort and reliability depend on more than the fixtures you see. Oasis works on the equipment and piping that move, heat, regulate, and improve water throughout the home.

Water heaters: Conventional tanks, tankless systems, maintenance, replacement, and related connections.
Water treatment: Softeners, reverse osmosis, and filtration based on household needs and site conditions.
Pressure control: Testing, pressure-reducing valves, shutoffs, and investigation of pressure-related symptoms.
Distribution piping: Copper and PEX repairs, fixture supplies, whole-home repipes, and main water services.

Common Questions

Before Requesting Residential Service

Do you offer 24/7 emergency service?

Not currently. Requests received after 6 PM are reviewed the next business day. If there is an immediate safety concern, shut off the affected utility when it is safe to do so and contact the appropriate emergency service or utility provider.

Can I text photos of the problem?

Yes. Both Oasis numbers accept text messages. Photos can help us understand the request, although an on-site evaluation may still be necessary.

Do you work on older homes?

Yes. Access, existing materials, previous repairs, and concealed conditions can affect the recommended scope and final approach.

Do you provide remodeling and construction plumbing?

Yes. Oasis supports residential remodeling, additions, underground plumbing, rough-in, top-out, trim, and new construction.

Scheduling: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–4 PM. Saturday and Sunday appointments are available by arrangement. Service availability depends on location, project scope, access, and the current schedule.
